• Employ pilots or instructors
• Provide flight instruction or training
• Conduct flights or air transportation
• Maintain or service aircraft
• Verify pilot qualifications or certifications
• Verify aircraft airworthiness or maintenance status
• Provide weather briefings or flight planning
• Assume any responsibility for flight safety

3. Independent Third Parties

All instructors, pilots, aircraft owners, and flight schools using SkyBooker are independent contractors or third parties. SkyBooker does not employ them, supervise them, or control their operations. Each party is solely responsible for:

• Compliance with FAA regulations and local aviation laws
• Aircraft maintenance and airworthiness
• Pilot qualifications, certifications, and medical certificates
• Flight safety and risk management
• Insurance coverage and liability
• Weather assessment and flight planning
• All aspects of their aviation operations

4. User Verification

SkyBooker does not verify pilot license validity, medical certificate status, flight hours, instructor certifications, aircraft registration, airworthiness, maintenance records, or insurance coverage. Users are responsible for verifying the qualifications and credentials of instructors and the airworthiness of aircraft before booking.

5. Safety Disclaimer

Aviation is inherently risky. Accidents, injuries, and fatalities can occur despite proper training and procedures. By using SkyBooker to book flights, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

SkyBooker is not responsible for:

• Accidents or incidents during flights
• Injuries or deaths resulting from flights
• Property damage during flights
• Medical emergencies during flights
• Weather-related incidents
• Aircraft mechanical failures
• Pilot errors or negligence
• Any other aviation-related incidents

6. No Endorsement or Recommendation

SkyBooker does not endorse or recommend any instructor, pilot, aircraft owner, or flight school listed on the Platform. The presence of a listing does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. Users are responsible for evaluating instructors and aircraft based on their own criteria.

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate information, SkyBooker does not guarantee the accuracy of weather data, airport information, aircraft specifications, instructor qualifications, user reviews and ratings, flight history data, or any other information on the Platform. Users should verify critical information independently before making booking decisions.

8. No Medical Advice

SkyBooker does not provide medical advice. Any information about medical certificates, medical conditions, or fitness to fly should be discussed with an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) or qualified medical professional.

9. No Legal Advice

10. Limitation of Liability
