Free Trial

Ruth Aviation Solution offers a 7-day free trial with full access to Professional tier features. No credit card is required to start your trial. This allows you to fully evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

Subscription Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with our Service. Our refund policy is as follows:

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Within 14 days of initial purchase: Full refund available upon request
  • After 14 days: No refunds, but you may cancel to prevent future charges
  • Renewal charges: No refunds for automatic renewals

Annual Subscriptions

  • Within 30 days of initial purchase: Full refund available upon request
  • After 30 days: Pro-rated refund may be available at our discretion
  • Renewal charges: 14-day refund window from renewal date

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund request
  3. We will respond within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after expiration
  • You may resubscribe at any time

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in the following cases:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the Service
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user
  • Requests made outside the refund window

App Store Purchases

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be made directly through the respective store:

  • Apple App Store: Request refund at reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google Play Store: Request refund through Google Play support

We cannot process refunds for purchases made through app stores directly.

Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of refunds. Service credits:

  • Can be applied to future subscription payments
  • Are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Expire 12 months from issue date
