By accessing or using Ruth Aviation Solution ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including pilots, instructors, students, aircraft owners, and maintenance personnel.
Ruth Aviation Solution provides aviation management tools including flight logging, aircraft tracking, instructor scheduling, maintenance tracking, weather briefings, and related services. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
The Service offers various subscription tiers (Basic, Professional, Enterprise) with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.

IMPORTANT: The Service is intended as a supplementary tool for aviation management and should not be used as the sole source of information for flight planning or safety decisions. Weather data, maintenance alerts, and other information provided through the Service are for reference only. Pilots are responsible for obtaining official weather briefings and ensuring aircraft airworthiness through proper channels. Always follow FAA regulations and exercise proper pilot-in-command authority.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ruth Aviation Solution and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and display such content as necessary to provide the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUTH AVIATION SOLUTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
